Therapy for Women’s Mental Health

I hear from my clients every day how difficult it can feel for them to relax, how challenging it can be to feel at home in their bodies and their lives.

Unfortunately, this is no surprise. Women carry so much: expectations, responsibilities, invisible labor, identity shifts, and moments when everything feels heavier than it looks from the outside. Not to mention the mental, physical, and hormonal shifts that take place for us across our lives and impact our mental health in a real way.

It’s an honor for me to sit alongside the brave women who are so used to holding everything (I mean everything) on their own start to reclaim parts of themselves that have been sidelined, masked, “perfected”, and begin to inhabit a life they feel proud of and at home in.
