Grief changes us. It reshapes our days, our relationships, our sense of self. It can feel heavy, disorienting, and surprisingly isolating— sometimes all at once.

Grief isn’t something to “get over.” It’s something you learn to live with, integrate, and move through at your own pace. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in the realities of loss — whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a life path, or a version of yourself.

When I encountered a significant and unexpected loss of a loved one in 2024, I realized how difficult it was to find a therapist who had the experience, awareness of, and heart for tending to grief in the way I was needing in those early days. This experience is why I’ve dedicated this new chapter of my practice to supporting those who are grieving, whether they lost their loved one years ago or are confronting grief for the first time.
