A woman and a young boy are walking hand in hand down a leaf-covered sidewalk in an autumn neighborhood. The woman is smiling and dressed in black, while the boy is making a playful face and wearing a yellow shirt with a sun illustration and beige shorts.

Therapy services

Evidence‑informed therapy for women and gender expansive individuals navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.

More than just therapy

Therapy doesn’t end when the session does. In addition to our weekly work, you’ll have access to secure messaging for moments throughout the week when you need a little extra support or want to share something that came up. I also offer highly personalized resources, guides, and worksheets when they feel useful, helping you stay connected to your growth between sessions. My intention is to make therapy feel steady, accessible, and truly supportive.

About Lauren

Guiding individuals toward clarity, self‑understanding, and emotional steadiness during times of change.

At In Bloom Therapy, I specialize in supporting women in recovering from difficult past experiences, overcoming anxiety and depression symptoms, and building self-confidence. It’s difficult enough to find a therapist you feel like you can connect with — which is why I try to make the process, from insurance to scheduling, as streamlined as possible.

With over 10+ years of professional experience in support roles and 6+ of those years as a clinician, I bring warmth, creativity, and well-rounded professional insights to my work with clients.

My small, woman owned and operated private practice, since opening it’s (virtual) doors in 2020, has served hundreds of individual, group, couple, and family clients.
